orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 3 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances
such as weather conditions or customs processing.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

instructions on how to send the product back.
Return Shipping

received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your package.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7
business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
ExchangesWe do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item and place a new order.
